Products and made-to-order production: Our products are made to order and printed on demand. Because items are produced after you order, production and shipping times vary, and colors and placement may vary slightly from what is shown on screen.

Orders and pricing: Prices are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order. If an order is cancelled, you will be refunded to your original payment method.

Returns: Please see our Return and Refund Policy. Made-to-order items are not returnable for buyer's remorse or a wrong size ordered, except where an item is defective, damaged, or misprinted and reported within 30 days of delivery.

Intellectual property: All designs, artwork, names, and content on this store are owned by Eyeliner & Arson and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eyeliner & Arson is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
