When will my order ship?
Everything is printed to order. Most orders are printed and shipped within 2–7 business days, and most US deliveries arrive 3–8 business days after that. Details on our shipping page.

Can I return or exchange something?
Because each item is made just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. If anything arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it. See the refund policy.

How do the sizes run?
Unisex tees and hoodies run true to size; size up for an oversized fit. Every product page has its own measurement chart. See the size guide.

Do you have a discount?
Sign up for our emails (look for the 15% off pop-up, or the sign-up box at the bottom of every page) and get 15% off your first order, plus first word on new drops.

How do I wash it?
Turn it inside out, wash cold, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders go to print fast. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best, but once an item is in production it can't be changed.
