Printed to order

Every Eyeliner & Arson item is printed after you order it. Most orders are printed and handed to the carrier within 2–7 business days.

Delivery times

Once shipped, most US orders arrive in about 3–8 business days. International delivery times vary by destination and customs. Please allow extra time around holidays and big sale weekends.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and what's in your cart. You'll always see the full cost before you pay.

Multiple items

Items in the same order may be printed at different facilities, so they can arrive in separate packages on different days. That's normal.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Address problems, lost or damaged packages

Please double-check your address at checkout; we can't redirect a package once it has shipped. If your package is lost, or arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us (eyelinerarson.com/pages/contact) within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
